Groveport vinyl siding repaint. These homeowners had lived in their home for approximately 20 years and wanted to give their home, in the neighborhood they love, a facelift. They purchased a new front door and garage door. When they checked on replacing their existing vinyl siding they found that the cost would be around $12,000. We had painted for them before when they were refreshing an aluminum sided house. They phoned to check on painting vinyl – you bet we can do it! We used Sherwin Williams vinyl safe formula SuperPaint on the siding and shutters. We removed the old shutters, painted new shutters and reinstalled them. The total cost of this painting project was around $3900.

Log home located between Zanesville and Newark Ohio. Much of the home had mildew stains and just a tired, dirty look. After thoroughly pressure washing our crew applied approximately 45 gallons of PPG Flood Oil/Acrylic semi-transparent stain to the home and deck.
Interior wall beneath a window.
The home owner had requested an estimate and pointed this out (hidden by drapery) as an area her pet had damaged. Upon inspection we found that the drywall and insulation were damp.
Other corner of wall beneath window.
This what we found on the outside – the windows were not installed correctly. I’ve placed my fingers in this gap. You could actually see into the house. (This photo should be re-positioned. The bottom left corner should be the top left corner)
