Whether newly constructed or newly restored, all exterior wood should be coated with the proper wood
preservative. Proper coatings protect wood from the enemies we discuss in wood facts and will help prolong its
life and appearance. Exterior wood should be maintained:
recoated every one-two years depending on the surfaces.

Step #1
All adjacent areas are covered or masked to protect foliage, driveways, siding, and any other
unpainted areas from unwanted preservative, ladders, and scaffold.
|
Step #2 Surfaces are cleaned of any debris using a leaf blower and a broom.
|
Step #3
The appropriate products for your particular project are applied by our team. All surfaces are
coated while keeping a "wet edge". This is crucial in achieving uniform penetration and overall appearance. |
Step #4
All wood is inspected for even absorbtion. End grains and heavy absorption areas are coated
again. Covering and masking is removed. Areas are cleaned of all production debris, which is then removed from the job site. |
Step #5
All products and job details are logged into the company data system. This allows us to provide you
with ongoing support, service, and scheduled maintenance. |
