This is an example of a "floating deck".
The spindles,handrails,and skirt are coated with a solid stain. The cedar decking is coated with Wolman®
RainCoat® Water Repellent with Natural Wood Toner. This creates a contrasting effect that enhances the appearance of this beautiful wood.

| This deck was treated with Wolman®
F&P Premium Wood Finish & Preservative. F&P is a UV-resistant, deep penetrating, oil-based preservative finish designed
for wood siding, shakes, shingles, fences, roofs, and decks.

BEFORE
This deck was badly weathered and had multiple coats of failed stain. After the previous
stain was removed, the deck was treated with Wolman® Deck & Siding Brightener and powerwashed.

AFTER
After being allowed to dry, the deck
was finish with a cedar toner wood preservative from CUPRINOL®.

This chair and bench were washed with Wolman®
Deck & Siding Brightener and then coated with Wolman® RainCoat® Clear Water Repellent

This deck is maintained by Five Star Painting Services through our Service Plan. Every year this deck
is inspected, cleaned and recoated depending on its needs. Here the Deck and wood team is powerwashing in preparation for the application of
Wolman RainCoat® Water Repellent
with Natural Wood Toner.

First, this Playset
was washed. Then, we sanded all surfaces to ensure that all fiberd wood and splinters were
smooth. Next we applied a waterbourne wood preservative that is documented safe for children.
|

 This fence was black when the
Deck and Wood Team arrived. The wood was treated with Wolman® Deck & Siding Brightener
|
 and powerwashed. We then applied two "wet on wet" coats of cedar toner wood preservative from CUPRINOL®.

The house was cleaned with Wolman® Deck & Siding Brightener and every square inch was physically scrubbed!

After drying, the house was caulked using a stainable clear acrylic caulk w/silicone.
We then applied two "wet on wet" coats of Wolman® F&P Premium Wood Finish & Preservative.
The results were amazing. These homeowners were glad they opted for restoration over vinyl
siding!
