Local Dallas Franchisee Recipient of Multiple Business Awards

Mike Christensen named Five Star Painting’s “Franchisee of the Year” and “Customer Service King”

DALLAS Five Star Painting recently named Dallas painting franchisee, Mike Christensen, “Franchisee of the Year” and “Customer Service King,” the company’s highest accolades for 2012. “Mike has been with Five Star for several years,” Abbott said. “He came in and won our ‘Rookie of the Year’ award and has since been among the top performing franchisees for growth and sales.”

Christensen has been recognized for excelling in all areas of business since he joined Five Star Painting, but is most honored by his recent awards. Christensen and his crew have offered the highest quality commercial and residential painting jobs in Dallas since 2009.

“We are very happy to receive the ‘Franchisee of the Year’ award, but we are probably more thrilled to receive the ‘Customer Service King’ award,” Christensen said. “We take a lot of pride in making sure our customers are 100% satisfied. For us, the two are closely tied together. The happier our customers are, the more work they ask us to complete.”

Despite facing rigorous competition amongst franchisees throughout four different countries, Christensen took home the awards based on an analytical breakdown of sales volume results and customer reviews.

“It was great to see Mike accept his awards this year” Abbott said. “While attaining the coveted status of highest sales volume, he also won the ‘Customer Service King’ award, which is given to our franchisee with the highest customer satisfaction reviews. There is definitely a connection between customer satisfaction and business success!”

Since the awards ceremony, Christensen and his crew have returned back to work and are continuing to satisfy home and business owners in the Dallas area.

“I am looking forward to many years of continued business growth and satisfaction as I see my customers beam at how good we make their houses and businesses look,” Christensen said.
