We met with the estimator, project manager, Megan and lead painting contractor, Junior to talk about our project and our expectations.   We felt they cared and will achieve the desired results\/expectations while maintaining our trust.  It was a sizeable project where almost 70% of the interior was painted and 50% of the exterior.  We had a wonderful experience.  The key with any contractor is the trust and open communications.  Megan and Junior were always available and willing to discuss regardless of the questions\/topics.  The 5 Star team was also very flexible with vacations, work, weather, etc..  The final product was beautiful.  It completely met our expectations.   We are not the easiest clients.
