Last summer we had Five Star Painting repaint our house, and they were just plumb fantastic - so when we needed our tall living room painted, we turned again to them. We were not disappointed. They are the kind of professional contractor everyone would like to work with. Reviewing project scope and providing a bid is easy peasy, and they are consistently competitive on price. In this case, on the day their excellent and very experienced painter Tom showed up, it was expert quality work. Preparation included a walk-through ahead of time, help in moving a few items we couldn't handle ourselves, drop-cloths and brown paper taped to the floor in painting zones, very detailed wall prep and taping, and an outstanding job of cutting in (painting at the edges and around windows, etc...). We'll attach a few photos to give you an idea. Both my wife are fairly experienced in painting until we got too old, and normally did all of our own painting and it was of good quality. But Tom fixed all the little details from the past to outstanding. Five Star Painting gets our un-reserved recommendation.
