We just used a fantastic painting company, they literally painted the majority of our new house and our kitchen cabinets !! We used Five Star Painting out of Cumming. Elizabeth was our project manager who is literally AMAZING !! Jay Stein came out to give us the estimate and Elizabeth managed the painting crew which we had a guy named Santos who was awesome, who led the painting crew ! Excellent from start to end ! It was a big project and this company took great care of us and in all the 28 years of home ownership, this was one of the best contractors jobs we’ve ever had done !!! Highly highly recommend this team !!!

We just had our house exterior painted by Five Star Painting and they are awesome! From Jay who came out and gave an estimate (quick turn around I might add) who was very professional and knew his stuff. He sent us a very reasonable quote for the job and went above and beyond to ensure all of our questions were addressed. To Malessa who got the job scheduled for us and sent over all the information we needed to know beforehand. We had an issue with our email and she kept working with me to ensure we received the information we needed. Elizabeth was the project manager and she reached out the day before the job to introduce herself and give us a timeframe of when the team would be here. She went above and beyond with the pre project walkthrough and was very responsive through the project with any questions we had. She is awesome and knows the business. Then there is Carlos and his whole team that did the painting. They were very professional and did an amazing job, attention to detail, clean up and communication through the project was on point. We actually spoke with Scott the owner as well and he was very professional and really knows the business and really cares about you the customer. I highly recommend Five Star Painting for your painting needs. We definitely will use them again and are recommending them to all our family, friends, and neighbors! They are all awesome!

The estimate was right on. The project manager was always in contact with us by text and face to face. The work crew was very good and personable. The work was done to our expectations. Great value for the money. I highly recommend them. I will be using them on my next project.

They get back to you right away and are in constant contact via text or email. Their estimators and project managers are top notch and the work is always high quality. I highly recommend.

Excellent experience, from working with Jay to get quotes, to coordinating with Malessa in the office to coordinate, to the Project Manager Elizabeth and of course the painting crew. All were great to work with, and the final result was beautiful. We will be talking to them again soon to do the exterior. Update- Once again, a great experience work with Five Star on the exterior. I would like to say thank you to Ivan and Dionisio with Five Star Painting of Cumming for the great job that they did on painting the exterior of my house. They worked hard and fast and had a good system so that the work flowed very well. Also thank you to Elizabeth for the help and ideas to make things move along in a timely manner.

My husband and I have used this company twice now. They’ve been absolutely amazing each time! Very respectful of our home , they keep their job very clean. The attention to detail is beyond words. They even vacuumed up whatever dust came from the sanding they did.. talk about blown away! I was is awe!!! 5 stars honestly is not enough ! They deserve way more if you ask me . The 5***** Team was awesome from estimating (Jay) painting (Jose and his team mates) and management (Elizabeth ). Jose’s team prepped the interior walls, baseboards and crown molding and repaired all nail pops. This was our fifth time (2nd house) using Five Star. Highly recommend.

I needed ceiling repair with painting. Jay and Elizabeth made it easy to get the project scheduled. The quote was reasonable for the size of the job. Carlos and Elizabeth were on time and prepared. Carlos was quick and efficient, wrapping up the repair in less than a day. Elizabeth did a post job inspection to make sure I was happy with the work. I found one small area that was missed (not hard to do when you are painting white on white). She communicated the correction to Carlos and with a quick roll, it was taken care of. I highly recommended this team and will consider them for future jobs! ☺️
