Our Condo Painting Process

Every project follows the same process, whether it is a single unit or a larger complex exterior:

• Step 1: Estimate and consultation. Our estimator visits your property, reviews the scope, answers your questions, and provides a written quote, often on-site and within minutes. Color consultations take place at this stage as well, including suggestions for trim, doors, and shared-space colors.
• Step 2: Scheduling. Our office coordinator contacts you to schedule the job, typically within one to two weeks, and stays in touch with your board or property manager through any changes leading up to the start date.
• Step 3: Pre-job preparation. Your project manager arrives on day one to introduce the crew, review the project, and confirm paint colors and scope with everyone before work begins.
• Step 4: Surface prep. Our crew power washes exteriors, sands, caulks, patches drywall, and removes wallpaper, then tapes off everything not being painted. Floors, windows, furniture, and outlets are covered and protected throughout.
• Step 5: Painting. We apply primer and multiple finish coats, using spray, roll, or brush methods depending on conditions. On larger properties, interior and exterior crews can work simultaneously to keep the project moving.
• Step 6: Mid-project check-ins. Your project manager visits during the job to check progress, address any concerns, and keep you updated on how things are going.
• Step 7: Completion walk-through. Before payment is collected, your project manager walks the entire property with you to review the work, note any touch-ups, and confirm you are satisfied.
• Step 8: Cleanup. Our crew removes all materials, replaces outlet covers, moves furniture back, vacuums floors, and wipes up any paint marks before leaving.
• Step 9: Post-job follow-up. If you notice anything after the crew has left, we will return to address it, even if payment has already been made.
