Holly and her team did an excellent job. I had 3 of the largest rooms in my house painted and it turned out better than I hoped! Holly walked me through the whole process and there were no surprises. Holly and her entire crew at Five Star were absolutely phenomenal to work with and did a beautiful job painting our deck, which also included repairing several distressed and rotting boards. They were fast, matched the color perfectly, and did a wonderful job, all the while being extremely warm and friendly! I grew up with both my father and one grandfather being salesman in a super competitive adult beverage market. The other grandparents owned 2 interior decorating shops. For decades I watched and listened to them pitching their goods and learned quite a bit. However, the best lesson I learned was as a business where someone paid you their hard-earned money, if they had a complaint, you FIXED IT. Not in a month. Not in a week, but as quickly as humanly possible. I gave Five Star less than a stellar review and I would like to change that. Once Holly was able to give our situation her undivided attention, things got moving in the right direction. I want to stress that her different crews she assigns for the different services provided work hard. I was able to convey concerns to them without them taking it personally. One such situation she is currently working on for us seems to be well on its way to being resolved. I can't thank Holly enough for being patient, considerate, courteous and extremely helpful in making sure she has a happy customer and one that would not hesitate to recommend them for your next home improvement job.
