Communication is the key to good customer service! From the initial phone call to the completion of the project I was constantly kept informed concerning intended process, the progress on the job, the projected cost and where we were within the cost projection. Then at the conclusion there were no surprises. I cannot say they were the cheapest, but they weren’t ridiculously high priced either. But most importantly THEY DID THE JOB RIGHT! I was happy to pay to have the job done right with no surprises!
