There was considerable preparation involved, including working with HardiePlank siding and trim and addressing the normal wear that comes with an older exterior. From preparation through the final details, the crew worked hard and took pride in the job. The transformation of the house has been remarkable. One thing I particularly appreciated was their willingness to listen when I had a question or noticed something that needed attention. On a project this size, there are inevitably details that come up along the way, and they were responsive and willing to address them. That mattered to me. The estimator and crew were courteous, hardworking, and respectful of our property, and the finished exterior looks beautiful. We loved their constant attention to details. They had to match some paint and didn’t stop until it was matched perfectly. They painted our house like it was their house and we painted everything from floor to ceiling. We are very pleased with our experience with Five Star. Highly recommend.
